Building Permit Application

Building Permits:

• Contact Building Inspector for current fee schedule.

Demolition Permit: 

• $125.00 Plus $2.00 ACT 13 Fee

Grading Permit:

• Base amount: $  40.00 plus additional grading costs based on volume of material (Cubic Yard)
• Not more than 100 $15.00
• 100-300.1 $25.00
• 300-500.1 $35.00
• 500-1,000 $55.00
• 1,000-10,000 $100.00
• 10,000-100,000 $150.00
• More than 100,000 $25.00 per each 10,000 cubic yards

Hauling Permit:

• Required of any vehicle over 20,000 lbs. $35.00. Also depending on road length, Road Bond Check Or Certificate of Insurance

Pools:

• In ground Swimming Pools: $150.00

Streets:

• Street Opening: $2.50/sq. ft. with a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $500.00.

Subdivision Plans: 

• Contact Building Inspector for current fee schedule.

Zoning:

• Application fee for rezoning request: $500.00 plus $25/Acre or fraction thereof plus any additional technical costs incurred by the Borough.
• Zoning Hearing Appeal: $500.00 plus any additional technical and/or stenographer costs incurred by the Borough.
• Conditional Use Approval Application: $350.00 plus any additional technical costs incurred by the Borough
