General Fees

  • Fax Charge:  $3.00 Per 10 pages
  • NSF Charge: $20.00 Per Check
  • Photocopies: $0.25 Per Copy 

Sale of Real Estate or Refinance

  • Municipal Lien Letter Fee:  $20.00
  • Sanitary Lien Letter:  $35.00
  • Smoke and Dye Test:  $35.00.  Form may be obtained from the Ohio Township Sanitary Authority, 1719 Roosevelt Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 or by phone at 412.364.4549.
  • Tax Certifications:  $10.00/yr. with a 3 year minimum - $  30.00
  • Tax Duplicates:  $20.00 

Publications

  • Subdivision & Land Development Book:  $30.00 per book
  • Zoning Book:  $30.00 per book

False Alarms (Fees for false alarms for Fire and Police)

  • Alarm sounded after first month of installation: FREE
  • First to third alarm each year:  $25.00 per alarm
  • Fourth to tenth alarm each year:  $50.00 per alarm
  • 11+ alarms each year:  $100.00 per alarm

Building Permit Application

Building Permits:

  • Contact Building Inspector for current fee schedule.

Demolition Permit: 

  • $125.00 Plus $2.00 ACT 13 Fee

Grading Permit:

  • Base amount: $  40.00 plus additional grading costs based on volume of material (Cubic Yard)
  • Not more than 100 $15.00
  • 100-300.1 $25.00
  • 300-500.1 $35.00
  • 500-1,000 $55.00
  • 1,000-10,000 $100.00
  • 10,000-100,000 $150.00
  • More than 100,000 $25.00 per each 10,000 cubic yards

Hauling Permit:

  • Required of any vehicle over 20,000 lbs. $35.00. Also depending on road length, Road Bond Check Or Certificate of Insurance

Pools:

  • In ground Swimming Pools: $150.00

Streets:

  • Street Opening: $2.50/sq. ft. with a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $500.00.

Subdivision Plans: 

  • Contact Building Inspector for current fee schedule.

Zoning:

  • Application fee for rezoning request: $500.00 plus $25/Acre or fraction thereof plus any additional technical costs incurred by the Borough.
  • Zoning Hearing Appeal: $500.00 plus any additional technical and/or stenographer costs incurred by the Borough.
  • Conditional Use Approval Application: $350.00 plus any additional technical costs incurred by the Borough
