Sewickley Hills Borough has the following immediate vacancy:

Requirements to hold office of Tax Collector:

1. Sewickley Hills Borough Resident for one year
2. Registered voter in Allegheny County
3. Required to submit to a criminal history check

State certification Newly elected or appointed tax collectors must complete a basic qualification program and pass an exam administered by the Department of Community and Economic Development before taking the oath of office.  Oath of Office must be sworn in. Surety Bond required to cover the maximum amount of taxes to be collected. Cannot hold more than one elective Borough office at the same time.
